No. You cannot add/link your existing cellular account with a Waggle Pet App subscription. Waggle Pet Monitor comes with a built-in Verizon 4G data, which cannot be changed.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact our Customer Delight team at 855-983-5566 within 1 hour of placing your order. Our team will assist you promptly.
How does Temperature and Humidity alert work?
The Waggle Pet Monitor continuously monitors temperature and humidity 24/7, sending alerts via text and email when the temperature or humidity goes above or below your set threshold.
Can I cancel my subscription using the App?
Yes! You can easily cancel using the Waggle app. Simply go to the app, tap on "More," select "Pet Protection," and scroll down to find the cancellation option. Your request will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
