Does this system require a smartphone or app to operate?
No. All live camera viewing and recording happens directly on the display unit. The app is for warranty registration only. -
My display shows "NO SIGNAL" — what do I do?
First, confirm the camera is powered on and the antennas are tightly secured. Move the monitor closer to the camera and ensure they are paired to the correct channel. If the issue persists, power the system off and back on. -
Can I add more cameras to my system?
Yes — a single camera can be expanded up to four, giving you full quad view coverage. Contact our support team to get started. -
My SD card isn't recording. What should I check?
Format the SD card via the monitor's Record menu before first use. Use a Class 10 card (8GB–128GB) for reliable performance. -
My camera feed looks blurry or foggy, is something wrong?
Check if moisture has entered the camera. This can happen in wet conditions. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order number and photos. -
Why does my system only record 1 minute of video at a time?
The system is designed for backing and parking, where most maneuvers complete within a minute. This prevents video loss that can occur with longer save intervals. -
Is the camera weatherproof?
Yes. The camera carries an IP67 rating, fully protected against dust and high-pressure water, built to handle any road or weather condition. -
How do I know when my camera battery is low?
The battery indicator on your display tells you at a glance — green means 30–100%, red means below 30%. When it turns red, charge your camera immediately using the supplied USB-C cable and power adapter. -
What do I do after plugging in my camera to charge?
Once charging begins, press the power button on the side of the camera to resume streaming the feed to your display. You can continue using the system while it charges. -
What do the SD card icons on my display mean?
A blue SD card icon means storage is available and videos will save when recording is enabled. A red icon means the card is full and recording will stop. If Overwrite is enabled, the system automatically deletes the oldest recordings to free up space. -
How do I back up and clear my SD card?
Remove the SD card from the slot and copy the videos to your computer. Once backed up, reinsert the card and go to Menu → Record → Format → On to restore available storage space. If overwriting takes too long or recording doesn't resume, back up and format manually.
