What's in the Box?
Your Pet Monitor Pro+ Air package includes:
- Pet Monitor - the main device with built-in air quality sensor
- Mounting Bracket - for attaching to any flat surface
- AC Adapter - for wall charging
- USB Cable - for connecting to the adapter
Door and water leak sensors are sold separately. If you've only purchased the Pet Monitor Pro+ Air, sensors are not included.
Charging Your Monitor
Plug the monitor in using the USB cable and AC adapter. The LED will glow RED while charging and turn GREEN once fully charged.
Full charging takes up to 24 hours. The slow charging rate minimises internal heating and improves temperature reading accuracy.

Turning the Monitor On/Off
- Battery Mode: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds to turn the monitor on or off.
- Charger Connected: Press the ON/OFF button once to wake the LCD display.
If "Searching for Network" appears on screen, the monitor is in a low-signal area. Readings will resume once the connection is restored.

- Download the Waggle Pet App from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and tap "Sign Up".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to register your monitor using the QR code on the back of the device.
Remove the mounting bracket before scanning — the QR code is located on the back of the monitor.
Subscribe & Activate
Once registered, tap "Activate" to purchase a plan. Activation may take up to 24 hours. After setup is complete, allow up to 1 hour for the monitor to fully calibrate.
Mounting the Monitor
- Peel the plastic sticker off the back of the mounting bracket.
- Press firmly onto any clean, flat surface.
- Hold the bracket upright and slide the monitor in from the bottom.
- Push the top until the monitor clicks and locks in place.
For best RV Sentry accuracy, place the monitor near a door or window. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight.
RapidCharge: Full Charge in 2 Hours
RapidCharge fully charges the Pro+ Air in approximately 2 hours, compared to up to 24 hours with normal charging.
How to Activate RapidCharge
- Plug in the charger. The monitor will display: "Press to Activate RapidCharge."
- Press the button within 10 seconds.
- The screen will show "Alerts will be disabled for 2 hours." When prompted with "Press again to confirm," press the button to activate.
How RapidCharge Works
- Charging runs for approximately ~1 hour, followed by a 45-minute Cooling Time.
- Temperature, humidity, and air quality alerts are paused for the full 2-hour period.
- Monitoring resumes automatically after Cooling Time ends.
- Unplugging early does not skip or shorten the Cooling Time.
No button pressed within ten seconds? The monitor defaults to normal charging. To switch to RapidCharge later, unplug it. Wait one full minute. Plug back in and follow the prompt.
Pet monitoring is temporarily unavailable during the 2-hour RapidCharge period. Normal charging is recommended for routine and extended battery life.
What the Pro+ Air Monitors
- Temperature — live readings in the app and on the LCD
- Humidity — real-time relative humidity tracking
- Air Quality Index — continuous air quality monitoring (exclusive to Pro+ Air)
- Battery Level — visible on the LCD
- Network Signal — shown on the LCD
- Power Loss Alert — triggered after 30 seconds of no outlet power
- Door Activity Alerts — via connected Door Sensor (Hub Mode)
- Water Leak Alerts — via connected Water Leak Sensor (Hub Mode)
Air Quality Monitoring
The Pro+ Air measures air quality. It uses gases like Ethanol and Hydrogen. Also Acetone, Carbon Monoxide, and Toluene. These are measured in PPB. Household items can influence readings. Examples include fresheners, perfumes, and sprays. Cleaning agents also affect them.
The air quality sensor needs approximately 1 hour of warm-up time after first power-up for accurate readings.
Air Quality Levels

| Moderate | Slightly elevated | Increase ventilation; check for emission sources |
| Poor | Unhealthy | Increase ventilation immediately; identify the contamination source |
| Unsafe | Hazardous to pets | Move your pet immediately; ventilate; identify and stop the source. Wear a protective mask. |
Hub Mode: Smart Sensor Integration
The Pro+ Air has Thread connectivity. It acts as a smart hub. It supports door and water leak sensors. When Hub Mode is active, it becomes RV Hub One. It gets sensor data. It sends real-time alerts. This happens via its cellular connection.
- No Wi-Fi or cellular required for sensors
- Push notifications delivered within 10 seconds of detection
Enabling Hub Mode
- Open the Waggle Pet App → tap Settings
- Toggle "RV Hub Mode" ON
- A new "Add Sensors" section will appear below Hub Mode
Adding & Pairing Sensors
- Tap Add Sensors
- In the pop-up, tap Add Sensor
- Follow the on-screen instructions to scan and pair
Connecting Guidelines:
- Keep hub and sensors close together during pairing
- The RV Hub One must always remain powered on
- Maximum distance between hub and sensors: 12 meters
Door Sensor Installation
Placement
- Mount the sensor body on the door frame
- Place the magnet on the door
Alignment
- Keep a gap of ≤ 2 cm between sensor and magnet
- Ensure both parts are evenly aligned
- Surfaces should be flat and level
Flexible Mounting
- Sensors can be installed horizontally or vertically
- The magnet must align with either side of the blue sleeve on the sensor
- If the mounting bracket is too large, remove it and use the included Velcro stickers to mount directly
Water Leak Sensor Installation
Sensor Placement
- Mount the sensor unit on a wall or elevated surface, away from leak-prone areas
- Choose a location that stays dry at all times
Probe Placement
Position the water leak probe where leaks are most likely:
- Under sinks
- Near water tanks
- Around pipes or plumbing joints
Fixing the Probe
- Secure using the provided screws or adhesive
- Ensure it is firmly fixed and does not move
- The two silver plates on the probe must be in direct contact with the ground for accurate detection
Battery Performance
- Lasts up to 300 days on a 4–5 hour charge
- Based on approximately 10 door activities per day
Power Loss Alert
A power outage alert is triggered if no outlet power is detected for 30 seconds. This brief delay prevents false alerts from momentary power interruptions.
For uninterrupted operation, keep the Pro+ Air connected to a charger. The internal backup battery lasts approximately 1 day when power is lost.
Temperature Accuracy Tips
- After a steep temperature change (10°C / 18°F), allow up to 15 minutes to stabilize.
- Keep the sensor cavity clean - dust, moisture, or small particles will affect temperature and humidity accuracy.
- Allow up to 1 hour after setup for initial calibration.
Battery Care
- In use: Let the battery fully drain for 24 hours every 3 months.
- Not in use: Charge at least once a month to maintain battery health.
- Full charge: Takes up to 24 hours under normal charging — this protects battery longevity and sensor accuracy.
Claiming Your Warranty
Open the Waggle Pet App → go to Profile > Warranty → select the product → tap Claim Warranty.
Warranty & Returns
- 1-year limited warranty from the date of shipment
- Warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse
- Batteries are not covered under warranty
- Email support@mywaggle.com to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) before shipping
- Returns: Return within 21 days of delivery for a refund (minus applicable shipping and restocking fees)
- Warranty replacements: Waggle covers full shipping costs; replacement ships as soon as the return is in transit
