How long does the battery last?
Typically 30 to 45 days, depending on recording frequency, live viewing duration, signal strength, and alert activity. Battery Saving Mode records 6-second event clips to stretch it further.
Can it be used indoors and outdoors?
Absolutely. The 4G TravelCam is IP65 weatherproof, so it suits both indoor and outdoor use in various weather conditions.
Does it record continuously 24/7?
No. It uses event-based recording to optimise battery life — recording starts when motion or AI-detected activity is identified.
Can I view previous recordings?
Yes. You can play back up to 30 days of recorded events from the SD card through the Waggle App. The camera supports microSD cards up to 32GB.
Can I manage multiple cameras in the app?
Yes. Multiple 4G TravelCam devices can be added and managed from a single Waggle App account.
Does the camera have a privacy mode?
Yes. Privacy Mode lets you temporarily disable monitoring whenever needed.
