At this year’s FRVA Georgia (Perry) show, one thing became immediately clear: Waggle isn’t just a product; it’s peace of mind for a growing community of traveling pet parents. From the moment attendees stepped up to the booth, the value of real-time pet safety monitoring in RV environments resonated instantly.
A Life-Saving Story: Real Impact of Waggle Alerts
What truly stood out, however, was a story that perfectly captured why this technology matters. One Waggle customer approached the team to share a powerful experience. His girlfriend, on her way to work as a nurse, received a Waggle alert and made the split-second decision to turn around. When she returned, she discovered a fire in the parking lot, right next to their RV. Thanks to that alert, she was able to act quickly, safely rescue both their dogs, and prevent further damage to their vehicle. It was a close call, and a powerful reminder that you never know when technology like Waggle can make all the difference.
Strong Show Presence and Sales Success
Momentum continued throughout the rest of the show. Waggle stood confidently behind its products and the response spoke for itself. By the end of the event, Waggle had completely sold out of its RV Mini cameras.

This was a clear signal that more pet owners want visibility into what their pups are doing when they’re away.
Waggle’s Unlikely Star: Bowser the French Bulldog
And sometimes, that visibility leads to unexpected (and entertaining) discoveries. One customer returned the next day concerned that her camera “wasn’t working” because it only showed a still image of her dog, Bowser, a French bulldog. But when the team used two-way audio to call out to him, Bowser suddenly sprang to life and ran across the RV. The mystery? A very pretty poodle in the RV next door had captured his full attention, leaving him frozen like a statue, completely mesmerized.
As it turns out, both campers were using Waggle cameras - meaning each could check in and catch glimpses of the dogs’ ongoing “neighborly” interactions and whatever shenanigans might unfold next.
Building Strong Connections: Engagement and Feedback
Beyond moments like these, the booth saw consistently strong engagement from both new and existing users.

Live demos of the Pet Monitor and camera system helped bring the experience to life. Clear pricing and real-world use cases made it easy for customers to understand how Waggle fits into their travel routines.
The feedback was equally telling. The Waggle Pet Monitor continues to emerge as an essential safety device, something many RVers now consider a non-negotiable when traveling with pets. Cameras, on the other hand, are increasingly seen as a complementary layer, offering an added sense of reassurance through live video and two-way interaction.
Flexibility: A Key Requirement for Traveling Pet Parents
Across conversations, one theme kept surfacing: flexibility matters. Many customers are part-time travelers, heading out for weekend trips or seasonal adventures, and they want solutions that adapt to their lifestyle. Real-time alerts, quick check-ins, and subscription flexibility all play a critical role in meeting those expectations.
The Future of Waggle: Expanding Demand and Partnerships
Looking ahead, the opportunity extends far beyond the show floor. From RV dealers and resorts to adjacent markets like working dog (K9) handlers, the demand for reliable, vehicle-based pet safety solutions is clear. As Waggle continues to refine its messaging and expand through partnerships, it’s well-positioned to become a standard part of the modern RV toolkit.
Because, as this show proved, you never quite know when you’ll need it—but when you do, it can make all the difference.
